Dented goods and rude Ashwin Moodley

I am absolutely appalled at the manner your springfield branch handled my outburst and disatisfaction this morning. I purchased the Jost TV stand yesterday and unfortunately because I was in a hurry I neglected to tell them to open the box. When I arrived home the stand had a huge indentation! I couldn't accept such damages so I decided to go back today. When I arrive back at the Springfield branch the security advised they is something wrong with the receipt. With huge shock I ask, what is wrong with it and she advised me the item is wrong. I told her the item is right and that was the one I selected yesterday. She calls Ashwin Moodley, the gentleman who aggravated me even more and told me I have to pay 600 extra to get the same new stand with no dents and I will have to wait 3 days to a few weeks to get a new one. I told him I can not wait that long. He saw I was already irate and he was shouting back at me. Long story cut short I ended up paying R1000 extra for the one that was in stock at the branch. I have went onto your website and the NCC website, my right to fair and honest dealings is being inflicted on. If the cashier made the mistake of billing me the wrong price on the item I wanted why do I need to pay extra? I even asked a few staffs on the floor yesterday...why is it a lower amount and they said it's probably on special. I am not happy with the new stand I had to pay 1000 extra for today! I want my 1000 back and the stand I got yesterday with no dents! And FYI to Ashwin Moodley who proudly gave me his name and said I can complain about him and nothing will happen, calling me a black customer is a racial slur!! Esp if it is being used in middle of an argument and the context he used it in! Certainly these should be grounds for a disamissable offense or suspension!!

I await for my refund and the stand I selected yesterday with no dents! And please do not contact me and ask me to explain what happened yesterday, it is already stated above!
