Denied entry

I was at Hi fi corporation on Saturday and was surprised when the security guard denied me entry to the store. I had my backpack with and she rudely instructed me to leave my bag at her counter, when I tried explaining to her that I cant cause I had my personal belongings in the bag (Wallet, notebook etc.)<br> <br> She failed to understand and told me to leave the store. She said hi fi is a big store and wont run out of customers cause of me. I was deeply hurt by the incident as there were customers in store with their bags and felt like her rule only app**** to me.<br> <br> I did not get her name but the incident took place on the 11th of April between 13:00 - 14:00.
