Delivery service

I have ordered an industrial fan more than 3 weeks ago. Customer service is shocking and they kept on telling me the fan was out on delivery but every day thing no fan. I keep on getting told fan out on delivery every day and when I call they say we will escalate the complaint. What utter **** service. will never order from you guys again. The service is pathetic.
