Delivery Problem

I placed an order for a fridge on Wednesday, 4 September and according to the Hi-Fi Copr, it takes 2-6 days for an item to be delivered. 6 days hasn't only lapsed but I have received no communication from them whatsoever, in fact all 4 call centre agents who have "helped" me always say they'll get back to me but they never call back. At this point, I just want to know how can I get my money back!
