Delivery of a Parcel

Did a purchase online but still never received my parcel. I placed the order on the 18th November. Terrible service. Apparently they tried to deliver my parcel thrise but I got no communication for a delivery nor a call that my delivery is unsuccessful or that they trying to deliver. What a huge waste of time. I'm not impressed with the service I received from Hi Fi corp!.
