Delivery not received!

I ordered an item online. I received notification yesterday to say it was due for delivery. At 17h23 I received an sms to say it was out for delivery and immediately after that I got an sms to say it had been delivered. I did not receive my item. It was not delivered to me. No one called me. And it is not my signature on the delivery notification. I could not contact hifi corp as it was after 17h00. The confirmation does not tell me who the courier company was doing the delivery. This morning I contacted them first thing and the first person I contacted said it sometimes happens when the delivery is delayed and that my delivery would arrive by 12h00. Nothing arrived and multiple calls later, online query logged and a complaint logged I still don't have my item!
