Delivery never arrived

Worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life, as I type I have not received my product bought almost 3 weeks ago. The worst part is I am being sent from pillar to post, I am the one who makes follow ups and no one seems to care at all. All I am told there is nothing they can do, the issue is with Aramex and my question is how is that my issue... I am seriously frustrated by the service, spent a lot of money on airtime just to call and find out what is going, I think I have called them over 10 times now...
