Delivery in 2-5 working days ... NOT

I made the mistake of ordering a mobile phone from Hi-Fi Corporation online without checking their rating on Hellopeter. I was promised delivery within 2-5 working days. We’re now on day 5, and the order status is still sitting on “Order picking in progress”. I guess it must be a really big warehouse…

When I queried the lack of progress after 2 working days, I received a snippy reply to the effect that they were still well within the 2-5-day undertaking.
