DELIVERY FAILED - ***

I made an online purchase on 30.10.2024, subsequently received an sms stating that my order will be delivered on 31.10.2024. I had already made arrangements and the delivery never took place. This is such an inconvenience, especially since the call center consultant could not advise me of the date of delivery. Apparently Aramex hasn't collected my parcel. This is so annoying. I need my parcel delivered tomorrow,01.11.2024.
