Delivery delayed

I ordered online on the 15 February and still haven't received my product. I emailed the Customer Centre about the delay, they just viewed the latest status and forwarded it. According to their delivery info it is 2 – 5 working days from Monday to Friday. They don't even take the extra effort of finding out the reasons for the delay. I am disappointed....
