Delivery date and Service is poor
I did a online order on the 28 November 2025 and payment was done on the same day. I received a sms saying the will deliver on the 12 December 2025 and this morning received a sms not saying what's the problem just saying the going to deliver on the 14 December 2025 on a Sunday and on the website saying they don't do deliverys on weekends. I struggle to get hold of the customer service more than a hour and the person whas not helpful and drop the call. WhatsApp service also very poor. Please give feedback.

12 Dec 2025, 09:13And still no feedback of whats going on the most inconvenient people this morning received a new sms that they not going to deliver on the 14 December 2025 but on the 15 December what is going on why is there no feedback or any movement on the tracking number. I will not buy anything from them I'm so upset. I will never trust them. And why do no one answer you back on Hello Peter.
