Delivering wrong products

Ordered and bought a TV online, on Saturday 02 december 2023. I bought the JVC 43" UHD (LT43N7125). After waiting for 5 days, they delivered the wrong product, which I immediately sent back with the couriers. They deliverd the LT43585 or something al though all the invoices and delivery notes, states the LT43N7125. This is is horrific service, Delivery is 3 to 6 days we are on day 5, and they deliver the incorrect product. Unless they deliver tomorrow with the correct unit they have seen the last of me and every one I know. absolutely disgusted. To top it off, no one answers emails or telephones, I have been phoning and emailing the whole day, with no answers
