Delivered to the wrong person

Dear HI-FI Corp,

My name is Sashna Ramkhelawan, and I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding Shipment #***,#***(Fridge and Washing Machine), which your tracking system falsely shows as "Complete".

According to your records, the items were marked as delivered to me on 30 September 2025 at 11:36 AM. However, I have not received anything, nor did I authorize anyone to sign or accept delivery on my behalf.

This raises a number of serious questions:

Who accepted and signed for the delivery?

Why was the delivery handed over without verifying the recipient's identity?

Where exactly were the items delivered?

This is an outright failure in delivery protocol and customer service. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with how this has been handled. If this issue is not resolved within the next 24 hours, I will have no choice but to take further action through legal and consumer protection channels.

I expect an immediate investigation, a detailed explanation, and a resolution without delay.
