delivered to the wrong address bad service

Hi Have a huge problem, I bought a TV online, on behalf of my mother i inserted her ID number and address and ID, and cell number yet you guys delivered it to the wrong address!!!!! so somewhere someone is sitting with a Free TV. Whats the point of asking for addresses ID's and Cell number if your delivery guy don't bother asking for it??? please can someone call me its an urgent! *** how are we going to resolve this?
