Delaying to deliver the bed made my festive longer

I'm very disappointed in their service I bought a bed last year on the 23rd December 2025 and they said their delivery is 2 to 5 days I haven't received the bed now they are telling me about the 15 January 2026 that doesn't make sense....I complained last time they promised by the 5th January it will be delivered today I did not see a movement when I track my order.
