Delay delivery

Hi I’ve placed an order online on the 1st of June till today no delivery. I tried so many time to call can’t get any help. Pls assist me in getting my goods hence they cost R4000 plus R300 delivery, I am worried now and I feel like they taking our money n don’t deliver
