Defy solar fridge freezers - but solar cant carry appliances

Good day bought Defy Hybrid Solar fridge freezer & chest freezer on 28 Nov 2023. To buy was fast - after that all went south. Only got delivery mid December after everybody closed down for festive season. Got installed 2nd week on January - had to report that appliances isnt working with solar. Went to store 15Jan only got ref no 8Febr - technician book an appointment with me for 16febr he never show up - NO AFTER SERVICE AND EVEN DEFY SEEMS THEY CANT HELP - i dont even want appliances in my house anymore. How can they claim and let me install their solars they have for their appliances but it cant carry the fridge or freezer - even Defy i will never buy again
