Defy Slimline Oven & HiFi Corp Centurion

I Bought a Defy Slimline 600SE Oven & the Hob & Cookerhood from HiFi Corp Centurion on Sunday 21 June 2020. It was all packaged so we could not inspect until installed. When we installed it we saw that the SELECTOR pictures/markings on the oven was not complete as if some of the markings came off. I took pictures and called the HiFi Corp store the Tuesday. The lady Nomsa said to email her the photos which I did. They then came back that pictures unclear but was as clear as daylight. I even circled the problem areas for them. She then asked me to email *** & I still had no feedback or call from them? The stove installed so we can not take it back t the store so they must either come and remove it & replace & they must reinstall or the must give us a discount so that we can get those selectors engraved???? Nomsa was great but that is where is stopped. We paid almost R6 000 for a new oven etc. & one should expect it to be perfect.
