Defective products and are refusing to exchange them or take responsibility

We bought a few electronics from them (tv, microwave,laptop, washing machine and a gas stove) and there was a problem with each and every item and we had to fight with them to have the items exchanged. We a 75cm TCL tv from them the remote stopped working within 6 months and they're refusing point blank to replace even though we were told that the remote has a warranty and a guarantee of 6 months.
