Deceptive and *********** Service

I placed an online order and followed up three days later, only to find it still stuck in “Processing.” Despite the website clearly stating a 2–5 working day delivery lead time, nothing was done to resolve the issue. It was obvious the delivery time would not be met.

The complete lack of urgency, the runaround from multiple employees, and the absence of clear answers were extremely disappointing. Only now—well past the expected timeframe—is the order finally being shipped.

Nowhere on the company’s website does it state that orders will only be dispatched after five working days. This is misleading and dishonest.

I will settle my account and will not be purchasing from this company again. I also intend to share this experience publicly so others are aware of the poor service and deceptive delivery promises.

An incredibly frustrating experience that I hope no other customer has to go through.
