Data contract not given as advertised or on contract.

I took out a Telkom data contract for 40gb + 40gb giving 80gb after a lot of difficulty which they could not do instore as per adverti*****t. They had to get another store to do it When i checked the data after card was activated, i found only 60gb is loaded and not 80gb as per contract. Now the company is doubting my word
