Damaged Washing machine and Poor service from HiFiCorp.

I bought a whirlpool 8kg front loader washing machine FWG81284SBSEG in July 2023. The machine is dented on both sides. I have contacted Hificorp numerous times and the only feedback I get is that my complaint is still in progress.

I am hugely frustrated with having to contact you every month and getting the same dead-end feedback. This is the worse R8000 iv ever spent!
