Damaged Tv

It all started with going against all the bad things I have been told by people about your company. I bought a TV, bracket as well as a sound bar on a super affordable special only to discover when I setup the TV that it is cracked. Yes I bought the stuff in March and only opened the box in August however how was I to know the the TV is cracked inside the box. I called the branch (southgate) then they said I must bring the proof of purchase and write the TV serial number at the back. I tried doing that but the branch was closed for renovations plus their phones were down and still down to this day and had no way to contact then. I then called "Head Office" to log this issue and they got the branch to contact. I arranged with Elvis to bring the TV in to get it sorted out and apologised then also said he will send the TV to Sansui for assessments then escalate the matter back to the head office. He said he will call me after all this has been sorted out however he now sends Noma to call me and I am still waiting for a call from him even today since Friday.
