Damaged products sold as new, Lies and arrogance follows bad services

ordered a camera online, Click and collect. When I arrived to pick the camera up I expected a quick process of signing an leaving. Not at Hi FI Corp. 30 minutes later they were ready with the camera.

To my surprise they tried giving me a camera in a damaged box. If the outside is damaged there is a chance of the inside being damaged and I am not taking that risk.

The arrogance of the manager, Leyden Thevan, to yell at me that there is nothing wrong with the product itself and then refusing to arrange another unit. Even trying to convince me that there is no other units available in GP. Yet their website states Menlyn and Fourways have stock (did not check for more stores)

Phoning customer care helped nothing... Sadly I knew in the back of my mind that I should not buy from them as previous times were met by less than satisfactory service...
