Damaged goods

The delivered my he'd with damaged mattress, I logged a call with 24 hours a week later after I have followed up I received an email from their consultant asking me how the bed was damaged during delivery, how am I supposed to know!!! I responded and enve today three weeks later they have not collected the bed.
