DAMAGED FRIDGE FROM HIFI CORPORATION

I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from this store! I bought a fridge by them and when my fridge arrived , it had a dent in and one wheel was missing leading to the fridge being unsteady and not even cooling ontop because of being unleveled. I contacted them but they refusing to even replace OR repair my fridge without the box because I did not know that a box was so important that I even needed it to repair my fridge. Now they wanna tell me there's nothing they can do and I'm being obligated to pay for a damaged fridge. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
