Damage 49” UHD smart TV out of the box with wrong and missing parts.

Hellopeter. Hello on Sunday 17/09/2017 (13H40) I have perches a JVC 49 inch tv. It was just before closing time (2pm). So after everything have been settled they went to collect to stock. First they came with an open box (NOT OPENED IN FRONT OF ME). They Displayed the TV for me and realized that there is (NO *****S) in the box. They where in a rush to go home so they went and brought *****s from the back. She also said its the last one I'm lucky to get *****s. After displaying the TV to me they quickly put the TV in the box and taped it again. I got the slip and got the TV out by 13h56. When I got home I asked 2 friends to help me to get the TV out. After everything was ready we then lifted the cover from the screen. We struggled to switch it on with the remote (NOT SEALED AND HAVE BATTRIES IN). After we got it on without the remote I immediately saw the crack on top in the middle of the TV as if it was pressed. Then we saw that the remote is not even the TV real remote. So on Monday (18/9/2017) we contacted them and they where rude and didn't come with any solutions only blaming. We gave them 24hours to come back to us with an answer to this problem. We phoned them again (19/9/2017) at 12h00. They told us they are busy we have to phone back. We phoned them back and all they could say is we broke the TV. So please help me clear this mess up. For me its like a display or second hand tv. I HATE THIS PLACE.
