Ordered a 100L Sansui Cgest freezer on Monday 27th November, following up on the shipment on the 11th I was told that no order was placed interanlly therefore a complaint was lodged and e-mail received from the call center. delivery was sent to the wrong address with no explanation of where or how it went wrong. so I requested to collect from Festival Mall branch, confirmation call was received from the center in Fourways to say that I would be able to collect the following day however when I contacted the FM branch nobody knew what I was talking about. So i once again contacted the call center (Thursday 20th)to have the attendant tell me she will get me an answer which of course didn't occur, follow up call on the 21st and surprise surprise no communication via telephone or e-mail. I can only imagine how long if ever it will take for me to either get a refund or my order!

Worst 1st time/ last time purchase I have ever experienced.
