Customer services & warranty procedure duration

Literally the worst store to any electronics..I purchased a laptop and it’s stopped charging within 6 months. And took it in for repairs on the 3rd of June , they said it would take 7-21 day. They’ve had my full paid off laptop for a month and 1 week. Called them this morning and they say it’s not ready and the throats taking forever to credit me a replacement laptop..this all within 6 months of a 4 year warranty. totally unacceptable and reliable store and customer services
