Customer service sucks at Hi Fi east rand

Yesterday i received a very annoying call from a number ***,this white lady calls me from my cell no and she sounded very irritated claiming she has been trying to call me from my office line which happens to be *** and what annoyed me the most was that,she started throwing accusations that the number does not exist and i tried to calm myself down and tried to explain to her that maybe its network and she went further asked me who she was talking too,i told her i am Nelly Maritz,and she asked who is Nelly Mseleku then and i responded that is me again,Mseleku is my ****en name and after that she laughed at me and hung up the phone,after that incident few minutes later i receive a call from a black guy now on my office line from *** and also wanted to confirm employment I have no idea how you teach your stuff to treat their customers but being rude that is just unacceptable, 1st of all i am not a customer there she just wanted to confirm employment for one of my employees Noliqhwa Ruth Maseko ID no ***4****5 Cell no *** who was approved 2 days ago and still her account is not activated,she has been taking time off to come to the shop since last week and when she gets there she will be told they offline since last week and never once did i ask accuse someone of anything since as an open minded person i know this things happens. I am going to ask you to please deal with this white lady who called me and stop throwing false accusations as she will find herself in a big trouble if i take this further and contact my lawyers,i have never been so disrespected in my whole life and be accused of my company being a *****,no she must never,for your information lady,i can pay your salary and maternity leave and furthermore please treat people you talk to with respect as you might find yourself jobless just from undermining people you do not know,i happen to know that, that job is your bread and butter so tread very carefully as your conversations are recorded as well and please sort out my employees account asap,she can not afford to come and sit there for nothing on my watch.
