Customer service poor service

Made online purchase on the 27/11/2018 n paid the same when spes*** to the agents (chelsea can confirmed that the payment was received by finance n when I asked where is my parcel she was so rude n disappeared.i made a contact again she confirmed the same then disappear the made several call n spoke to Shantita was also very rude n not will to assist me when I forher supervisor she dropped the line again I call she hang as soon as she hear my voice...even today I haven't received my parcel n it's almost a month..what a bad service.i bought this items as a Christmas gift n it's almost Christmas n no one is will to deliver my parcels
