Customer service is ridiculous!

Never again, firstly, never answer their phones, ever, never send you written confirmation of your order or updates, you have to phone in for everything and then they never answer so you have to constantly chat to online support (which is the only thing that was efficient) Spent 7k on the their ps4 pro deal, just for them to tell us 7 days later after ordering that there is no stock, then phone a couple of hours later saying there now is stock but no updates via mail/sms, nothing. It is now 2 weeks later and we still have no idea what has happened to our order. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.
