Customer service full of untrained staff 😠

Pathetic service service ever, I received an sms stating my call will be delivered on the 30th, I stayed home the entire day. Only to receive another sms around 4pm stating failed delivery. Their call center is full of bunch of stupid who can't answer simple questions, I'm super disappointed as at this point I don't know when Is my item gon be delivered it's a TV. Their website is dump that you can't track which courier has your item. Such a big company your service is disappointing, you can do better.
