Customer service from branch staff to management sucks big time

I bought a Wahl hairclipper machine in November 2020 at their N1 city mall branch. Their catologue clearly indicated that the Red Wahl machine was on sale but when I got to the cashier she told me that there were to different wahl machines. A week later I went to Usafe and noticed the same hair machine for R100 less. When I enquired about the information i received from their cashier, I received a phone call from a woman who wants me to get her the slip which i do not have. I told her i will check if I can get a 6 month bank statement but could not. Now 2 months latet no follow up from their side. I went their all by myself to ask about the product but staff shouted at each other as to who must assist me and then i just stormed out their store. From management to cashiers the service are so bad. What happened to customer service????
