Horrible customer service ever in my life from their customer support to the management and social media consultants it’s all bu*lsh*t.It was first and last time buying from them. I ordered couches online from the 15th of May and they sent a message after 2 days that I need to arrange for someone to be available as they will be delivering the order. 4 days later without anyone saying anything to me then I called them and spoke to a consultant that was very rude who told me I cannot speak to her manager and that they have a lot of escalations to attend to so my case can wait.. and I was given a new date and another new date this went up to 3 weeks then I took it to their facebook page and to my surprise they told me they will escalate and someone will call me another week went by still nothing up to a point I went and cancelled the order still no one bothered to call or email or even send an sms
