Customer service and Refund/ Return

Bad service I brought a fridge 8 December 24 and the fridge makes load noise like a generator and It was fixed 10th January but still do the something. A whole brand new fridge from the box it was fixed within a month How can? I have been texting. Emails I don't even get a feedback
