**** customer service!

I have been a customer of HiFi Corp for 3 years. I have never missed a payment and they have ALWAYS been paid on time. I had one last payment to make, however, due to THEIR mistake, my account is now in arrears. Although I have tried to explain this to them on many different occasions, they are still harassing me about outstanding payments
