Purchased DVD player for my mother about a month ago courier came to deliver there was no docket so he opened the box and no docket said he cannot give it to her will have to take it back never heard a thing lodged a complaint online about 2 and a half weeks ago then called in a week later said they will escalate nobody has called or emailed and not even to acknowledge the complaint that is pathetic service account has been debited all my mother wants is a dvd player
