WOW what a change - after my engagement with the online support and needing to exchange a gift for my daughter - they gave a long story about checking it in and waiting for it to be assessed - i got to the branch and the manager came and assessed, a white gent, he had a look and said he can see it has not been used. did an exchange then and there! THANK YOU!!
