Yesterday on the 20th I bought 2tablets at Hifi corp in centurion, one of the pads had a touchpad problem. Mind you these tablets I bought for both my kids for educational purposes. One of the tablets cracked on the screen and this was not my fault because the screen was not placed properly as this was a factory fault.you could only pick up the problem once you use the tablet. I took it back to the store in less than 24hours and guess what? Boitomelo Phaka gave me the worst attitude ever and he didnt care what I say or do.he just coudnt help as this was still under warranty.I am so ****ed at Hifi corporation.I dont know why you ***** people like this.any other store if you return the goods damaged or not they take them back or repair.u guys are just ******.even nicole on your call centers has a lot of attitude. In the morning im returning even the other tablet I bought from your bad store!!!!! I want my money back your products are crab and you are ******.
