Credit record correction and statements

I took an account with Hifi corp for a fridge and washing machine, due to faulty reasons the fridge was taken back by the store due to it being faulty and they had no replacement for me. Then I asked them to restructure my account, they sent me a letter showing the new account structure, however, my credit score has not been amended accordingly and I have been receiving incorrect statements due to that I'm unable to make payment as I have no idea what is going on.

Can you please assist in updating my credit score as this is affecting me badly and please send me proper monthly statements so I can settle the washing machine, I would appreciate it if this can take priority as it has been going on for about 6 months now. Please note I have attached the screenshot of my credit profile and the letter of the restructure that I signed and sent to you. The service I have received within the group is so bad I can't even believe it, it has lots of back and forths and frustrations. Even after sending emails for assistance there was nothing done i was ignored
