credit rating *****ed due to lack of service

<p>In December time i app**** for credit by hifi Corp in n1 city for a laptop to be used for my studies. All checks completed and the financial aid approved and accepted. Only remaining obstical would be to wait for HR by my work to confirm employment. Due to my work sending the proof of employment a day after the application expired. The very helpful girl by hifi Corp contacted the call centre to see if the can't reopen the application as everything was already approved and they received proof of employment. She was also aware that they have done it in the past and it was possible. They however refused and a new application needed to be submitted and new proof of employment requested. The lady then tried to resubmit the application and immediately got declined which made no sense. After calling the call centre a couple of times they assured her the system was working. </p> <p> </p> <p>She obeyed their instruction and tried to submit the application 3 to 4 times. She then contacted the call centre again and was advised their sap system was offline. I cancelled my application and later found out the amount of application she attempted pulled up as possible ***** on my credit score. I went back numerous times to hifi Corp to rectify this which they refused and gave me a number where I have to pay out my pocket to fix. </p> <p> </p> <p>As hifi Corp created this mess I expect them to fix it!</p>
