Credit application process

My review is regarding their credit application process. I app**** for credit it says I am provisionally approved for a certain amount. I consulted their service support regarding their process if they do a credit check when they advise clients on how much they qualify for. No credit check is done until the client provide their documents. So the client can walk in the store, travelling to their nearest branch and still get decline. Is that good customer services especially when a client did an online application. You have to go to the branch without even a process in place where you can upload your documents. Especially in Covid 19 , if have you have an online application process, you need to make it convenient for the client. Conclusion: it will be much convenient for the client if HiFi Corporation could do a credit check beforehand before making a client to travel to their branches and get decline message. Provisionally approved to me is just to bring all documents for verification but the credit check you just need the client's id number to check the clients credit with the Credit bureaus. Please remove the online application and allow the client to do a walk in for a credit application.
