CORPORATE POLICY ALIENATE CUSTOMERS!!!

Shocking that Hi Fi Corp has decided to alienate its customers from its stores. Today I went specifically to Festival Mall Hi Fi Corp to get a head set. After first confirming telephonically that I was coming, I arrived with my son and a toddler of 2yrs who we let sit in a Checkers trolly allowing the shopping process to at least be "marathon running" free as we had limited time for this excursion, only to be told by the shop manage, (I think he said Eban) that we were not allowed to bring the trolly into the shop on "COMPANY POLICY" and requested that we "leave it outside" 😳😤😡🤬 EVEN though there was nothing in the trolly EXCEPT the toddler sitting in the seat. ***?!?!?!?! The toddler was sitting quietly in the trolly and if we were to take HIM out, it would have resulted in the "marathon running" spree.... and no matter that the head phones were less than 10m from the entrance and there was NOBODY in that area other than me and the shop assistant who was trying to help, this crazy guy actually expected us to leave the trolly with the child OUTSIDE the shop!!!!! That is THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING I HAVE EVER HEARD!!!!! So HiFI CORP.... THANX TO YOUR RIDICULOUS ANTI-CHILD/ANTI-FAMILY/ANTI-HUMAN PROTOCOL ... YOU LOST A R1000+ SALE... WE BOUGHT OUR HEADPHONES FROM CHECKERS JUST 2 SHOPS DOWN WHERE THE SERVICE WAS FRIENDLY AND TROLLIES AND CHILDREN ARE WELCOME !!!!! 😤😡😤😡😤😡😤
