Sir/maddam I am a customer at hifi corporation which i bought item valued for R70 000.00 in 2018 now my tv that i bought fell down and its cover on insurance now i went to hifi corporation rustenburg platinum squre with the bank statement staing the date of purchase the shop logged a call to retrieve the receipt for me so that i can give the insurer so that my claim should be completed

Now since three weeks back nothing has happened when i go and make follw up they said theres nothinh they can do they are waiting for IT to give them feedback Now i cant claim due to that technicalities When i ask the numbers for IT they refuse My complaint reference number is *** i am now worried and disappointed at the same time please help me my contact details are ***
