Consumer problems

I bought a 40"' Sansui Television at Hi Fi Corporation Springfield Park Durban & have a 2 year warranty, The Television is faulty so i went on many occasions to return it but they did not help me, Yesterday they had said to me that because i bought my Television on Black Friday, it was a sale so they don't have any more stock & won't be getting any stock, they then said to me that i must take an upgrade on the Television which I'm unable to pay for or T.V. worth a smaller value & size, I told them that this isn't fair as a customer & i have always supported Hi Fi Corp through out the years, bought many things from you so why are your'll doing this, If you can't help my by giving me any 40' Television at your store which was what i paid for & not a smaller Television, I would like to have my money returned & buy a Television from another store, they confirmed yesterday that Hi Fi Corporation can only give me a Gift Voucher which i must buy at their store & if i must buy for the value of what the Television was on Black Friday, My family are so disappointed about this, Due to Covid regulations, we not able to go anywhere & my family are miserable at home without any television. My problem has still not been resolved
