Connect financial Solutions Closed account in March 2024! Account still active on credit profile

I have settled and closed my account with Hifi Corporation/ JD Group/ Connect financial Solutions in MARCH 2024. I ENDED FIGHTING WITH THEM FOR MONTHS TRYING TO REMOVE THE ACCOUNT FROM MY CREDIT PROFILE. It is still showing opened with a balance owing on Experian. I have sent an Experian report and they keep on telling me it's been updated! I have a settlement letter??? Is there anyone actually that can help me. I do not owe Hifi Corporation anything! Account is closed but still on my credit profile showing as outstanding!!!
