Connect Financial Solutions and Hi-Fi Corp are ****mers

So last year June I bought a washing machine & fridge and agreed to pay in instalments. It seems they use a company called Connect Financial Solutions. I signed everything and was told when I have the cash I can request a settlement amount on the loan. I have done so and they have sent me an amount that is more than my outstanding balance. I have requested that I have the calculation of how it got there and why I should still be paying interest when I’m actually settling the amount and I am not getting an answer. They refuse to send me a breakdown of the costs and keep doing a back and forth on emails.
