Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Hi-Fi Corporation *Rating:* 1 out of 5 *Review:* I bought a stove and microwave online on 26 April using Payflex and delivered 29th. The Oven was damaged and I informed them via fb.A week passed and no one came to collect as agreed. I got an asking for pictures of the damage and I sent. On 9 May I called their call centre and I was told someone from ARAMEX would come fetch the stove between 9th May to 11. Again no one came. 12 May I called again and no resolution. I then gave the stove to my husband to drive the 160km to the nearest HIFI in Polokwane to drop it off and ask that they refund my Payflex account because I can’t be paying for something I’m not using. At the Plk store they called the call centre who then revealed that they had logged the request under the wrong department hence no one had come to fetch it . I will not pay for something I am not using. My husband has left the stove in their branch as they failed to come fetch it!
