Compliant - Hi-Fi Corporation

I placed an order on 25 October 2020, order number *** for a Russell Hobbs fan. I noted that my order was cancelled. The consultant told me that it was due to non-payment. R1599 went off my bank statement the next day being 26 October 2020. Despite sending follow up emails on 11 November and 30 November I have received no response to date. Please can Hifi Corp deliver my fan our refund my money. My customer experience is less than satisfactory. I would like this resolved as soon as possible. I have resorted to this platform as I am left with no other option.
